- JGJim GalloAug 31, 20171.0King Equipment did me wrong for a job in Banning, Ca. last night. I had requested a scissorlift for interior work and I got to the jobsite and did not see the lift. I had guys standing around ready to go but with no lift we could not do any work. I had to inform the client that we were not going to be able to perform the work we stated we were going to do. Not only did I have to pay my guys for show up time but the client was very upset. They claim that they dropped it off. I walked the whole outside and inside of the complex and asked security if they had seen a lift and no one had seen anything... In the past the driver has called me letting me know they are dropping it off and this time I did not receive a call stating they had dropped it off, so with me not seeing it with my own eyes I cannot say it was ever dropped off. When I spoke with their Dispatch I wanted to see if they were going to help out with situation but Alex was not helpful one bit. I do not recommend using these guys, they will do you wrong!!!!!
