  I just had my tankless water heater serviced (annual maintenance) by Casey. He arrived right on time, was very professional and personable, and the job was done very quickly. I've made a few calls to the office also and they wasted no time in connecting me with an efficient attendant. Anthem will definitely be my go-to plumbing company in the future and I am very comfortable recommending them to my friends.

  Nick came to the house the day before, told us what we needed and gave an estimate. Returned the following day, finished the job and reduced the price we he saw that we did not need an additional repair for the toilet.

  Bobby you can tell is just a good person. He stays happy and on top of things even at 5 o’clock at night, and still has to go to yet another job. I’ve been very happy with the maintenance service that Anthem gives to my Plumbing, air and heat! They are straight shooters and make me feel more relaxed as a homeowner. Highly recommend!

  Adrian was great. He arrived within the given timeframe, he asked questions about what I was experiencing, and explained what he was going to be doing. He said call back if there’s any other issues or if it happens again. Polite and friendly, he made me feel comfortable as he double-checked to ensure all was in working order.

  I have had Anthem for a couple of years now. They typically service my units in the fall and spring. Last spring 2025 they did a service and told me that my slow starter on my air conditioning was not functioning. I contacted the company that had the warranty on the slow starter and they came out to look at it and come to find out it was functioning normally and there is no issue. The asked me then who was to be invoiced for the call out and I said Anthem because they had said it was not functioning. Now anthem is saying that they are not going to pay because they aren’t liable for it which I can’t quite understand since they are the ones that said it was not functioning and I went through a lot of calls and an appointment just to find out it was fine. This isn’t the first time I have had issues and will be contacting the licensing board and BBB. Figured I would share my experience.
