  Anthem Air Conditioning and Plumbing in Coachella installed an awesome RUUD heat pump system at my home this week. I'm so pleased with these strong, efficient and remarkably quiet units (at least 75% quieter than my previous AC units indoors and 50% quieter outdoors). David & his crew got the 2 units up and running on Day 1 and replaced my output vents with bar-type grills on Day 2. The workmen were great, taking care to lay floor protection from my garage to my attic opening and cleaned up well after they were finished. I'd like to thank Andrew Aronson, the GM, who did my initial estimate, for his patience with all my questions since February. I procured 5 estimates in total to make this decision and there's a lot of comparing and learning to do (especially with this newer heat pump technology ). Also, the financing option, especially for these RUUD units is unbelievable--that probably helped me make my final decision. And bravo to Davids team (4-5 guys) at my house including Cristian and Eric, who all answered questions I had about the thermostat, etc. It was an excellent experience. Anthem also offers a service plan included (at least for the 1st year after a new installation) which services the units twice a year plus drains the water heater. The added service is really a nice bonus. I totally recommend Anthem Air Conditioning and Plumbing in Coachella for your new AC installation or maintenance. They do a stellar job !

  Mario was professional, efficient, and so nice! He thoroughly checked both units, helped us with a repair, was clear about what needed to be done, and cleaned up any debris leftover after the repair & inspection. We were really pleased with Mario's work.

  Great team of people, but.... unfortunately the customer service system relies on automated calls. I wasn’t able to get through to speak with a real person. Maybe I’m a bit old-fashioned, but I prefer talking directly with someone when there’s an issue. Response: Yes of course I am open. Totally understandable what you said, thank you for answer. Sorry I couldn’t go trough that system.
