- RCRicky CortezOct 12, 20251.0So it all started with the initial sales call. We tried 3 times and every time they canceled it or couldn’t make it for one reason or another. Then a manager of some sort showed up the 4th time. We signed for a covered patio. The installer came out and knocked it out quick. There are decorative caps that cover each column that are glued on. We were told to wait a week before removing the plastic wrap as it cures. When we did 3 of them did not have enough glue and just flop around. Then we noticed that one of the down spouts was installed incorrectly and leaks water. I have called up to and not exaggerating 6+ times. Every time the same thing “we are so sorry we will get someone out there to get this fixed “ then it goes silent again. I have been trying to be patient but 2yrs later and still nothing. Considering I paid $30k for this it is just amazing of the disregard for the customer after they get their money. If you ever need any repairs or warranty work Good Luck!!! Never again don’t waste your time, energy and money.
