  I needed a Carpet remnant and went in for the first time. I was Greeted right away, with a very friendly atmosphere and looking too make their new customer happy. The sales women Regina was very friendly and professional. After I explained what I was looking for walked me over to where there was hundred or so remnants all different sizes. Some are 50% off right now and I found the the perfect one. They're all very professional and I highly recommend them. Thank you very much Wood Brother's Carpet & Flooring you have a New customer.

  I don't make it a habit to give a business 5 stars, because most businesses have room for improvements. But Wood Brothers carpet & flooring in Chico has without a doubt earned 5 stars plus, I'm quite sure had there been 10 stars I would have given a 10. Thank you!! The way this business is managed is outstanding the whole team is awesome. Again thank you for an awesome experience I vote your store and team CA business of the year 2021. I'll post pictures when were done!!!

  This is my first time leaving a negative review when it comes to stores in Chico. I have to say, I was pretty disheartened to be told my flooring would be on sale in 8 months from my first time in the store - fast forward to the second time in the store, AFTER WAITING patiently for 8 months, only to be told “nobody would ever say that because...”. WOW. Not only had I checked 3 times after originally being told about the sale to make sure I was hearing it right, but there was an advertisement for the event that ran on tv. I had the correct date and had the money saved up, only to be told “that never happens” once the day to purchase my flooring came. What a waste of time and looking forward to a lie. Next time I will get it in writing (a contract), as that’s what my parents always taught me to do. I am not leaving a negative review just because of that. I also got better pricing at Towne Carpet and Wood Brothers. Towne Carpet also had exemplary customer service, an urgency to help, and knowledge (this store lacked each; one time being paired up with a young employee working alone on her very first day with no one mentoring her - not her fault - but couldn’t answer any questions on flooring products). 2 stars for a local business and quality of products compared to big box stores. There. I threw you a bone, WBs.
