  had the underlayment replaced for our tile roof with Ice & Rain underlayment product. Pricing for the project was lower than competitors. And, the proreject was completed in less time than other bids. Crews were professional, friendly and hard working. We had used Brian's team for our home in Paradise, just 2 years before the Camp Fire of course all their hard work became ashes due to the fire. I'd highly recommend Brian and his team, lots of competition out there but few are at Powell's roofing capabilities.

  Just had them do two complete house roofs for me. They answered the phone, responded fast, did a great job. Came when waiting for inspection and waterproofed the roof due to threatening rain. Nice people to do business with.

  They did a great job for what I can see they picked up all the Staples they ran their magnet around two or three different times the answer most of my questions only time will tell after we get our first rain they even pulled all the permits for me on my manufactured home to the state so it's pretty much hassle free

  Crew replaced rolled roofing on my patio. Three days later I looked and the new roofing was sticking up in the air along the edges obviously not water tight. I stopped by the office to ask about it and the I got an earful of “that’s how it is, that’s how the material works, nothing we can do about it”. I simply entered the office just wanting to talk about the right way to proceed (since I continually got the runaround for the front desk and no call backs) . The manager/boss/owner… whatever he is, was immediately offended and defensive and offered nothing for a solution and tried to shame me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I. The end, I was able to heat up the edges and stick them back down myself so not a huge deal…. Then I found where the lazy workers walked back and forth across my house for the whole job (rather than using a ladder to get on the roof that needed repair) and there was softened wood spots (one boy looked too heavy to be on a roof) and damaged shingles from them. I picked up nails in my driveway for weeks after they left and my wife got a flat tire from their mess. We later found prices of shingles falling off where they had damaged areas they weren’t working on. I am now selling my house and having to pay to have this additional damage fixed. Thank guys! I also have a ring camera and saw the workers horsing around throwing fruit at each other. So professional!
