- TSTravis SeamanOct 31, 20252.0I special ordered a part they told me it would take a week to get there. I come back a week later with no part. They didn't order it, so then they said they would next day the part to me. I come back a couple days later and no part. They said there was an inventory issue and the part wasn't there and counter guy didn't seem to care about it. Two week ordeal. Pretty poor customer service. Hard to try and use brick and mortar and they blow you off like this. Part ordered online now.

Guy at the counter was very helpful telling which one I needed sadly they were out of the one I needed but sent me to the right place that had one in stock. That type of customer service is awesome especially when it's over 100 degrees outside.
