  Had them replace my ac unit and they claimed it was all good and ready to go and had us pay. A day later we realized it was not working how it was supposed to so we had them come back. They claimed there was other stuff wrong on our end and tried to charge us more for them to fix it. We had a different company come in and let us know that the problem had nothing to do with us and was not what bobs air repair was telling us. The other company fixed the issue and now our ac works great and we didn’t have to pay the extra thousands of dollars bobs air repair was trying to scam us into paying.

  Sad to hear my family was looking for a good business to replace there heating and and air, they looked around , and they decided to go with Bob's Air Repair, they thought they were getting a good deal , and a good warranty, I just feel they didn't get explained very good , goin to a stronger more powerful air conditioner, what could happen, the switch broad went out. They called back to Bob's air , they say it isn't there fault, they didn't explain good to them. Once they complained the customer service stopped, they had to go with another air conditioner company to fix the problem, that was from there work.

  Estoy bien deseccionado del mal servicio de la compañía un amigo mio uso el servicio. Y fueron y hicieron el trabajo sin respetar la garantía. Según arreglando el problema y no arreglaron ño que estaba descompuesto.se desocupo otra parte y no se quisieron hacer responsables de arreglarla. Cuando reclamaron no quisieron aserse responsables y cortaron la comunicación y dijeron que buscarán otra compañía para que reparara el AC. Que ya no podían hacer nada la compañía. No actuaron profesionales siendo una compañía. No tienen los beneficios que una compañía debe de ofrecer como profesionales. Ni laboral ni en la administración. Tratando mal al cliente.

  My family had a very frustrating experience with Bob’s Air Repair and feel others should be aware before using their services. After they previously worked on my family’s system, an issue arose that appears to be directly related to that visit. When they reached out to have it addressed, Bob’s Air repair refused to provide service or take responsibility for the problem they created. What’s even more concerning is the lack of accountability and professionalism. Instead of working toward a solution, they claimed they “feel unsafe” returning to my family’s home—despite there being absolutely no incident or behavior that would justify such a statement. This felt like an excuse to avoid correcting their own work. Overall, this experience left my family feeling ignored and unfairly blamed, with a problem they didn’t create and no support from the company that caused it. I would not recommend Bob’s Air Repair based on their unwillingness to stand behind their service and their refusal to resolve customer concerns.

  DO NOT trust this company. After choosing to trust Bob’s Repair, I spent over $14,000 on a brand-new AC unit. Within day one of the installation, the system only worked for about an hour before another AC-related issue came up. When I contacted them, they claimed the problem was not their responsibility and quoted me an additional $1,200 for repairs. After doing my own research, it appears this issue could be related to the newly installed unit. When I brought this to their attention, instead of trying to resolve the situation, they became unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like because I questioned the situation and expressed concern, they were no longer willing to assist. Spending this kind of money should come with accountability and support—especially when problems arise immediately after installation. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
