  Awesome work by Marcelo & Erik, they came out and gave our system a full check up which it desperately needed. Marcelo walked me through the checks he was making and explained how things worked and what to keep an eye out for, and then got Erik to come by as well so he could do full check of our ducts to make sure they were performing correctly and optimally laid out. Marcelo also explained the membership program and it's definitely worth the cost and peace of mind knowing I'll have a reminder to do maintenance regularly and not have to remember it on my own. We'll definitely be doing all our HVAC maintenance moving forward with Service Genius. Great experience all around.

  Service technician Christian Keeton arrived on time. He promptly diagnosed and repaired our broken hvac system! He explained the situation clearly every step of the way. He was great. Highly recommend.
