  I have been with ThyssenKrupp since 2004. They are the absolute worse company I have ever worked with. My elevator was down for 12 days, my tenants were very upset! Every time I called I kept getting passed from manager to manager, just to be told that they didn't have the part in stock. It was working fine until one of their new techs got hold of it. They are charging me for the service call even thought it was their fault that the elevator was down. I told them I have not had my elevator maintenance for 10 months, yet they kept invoicing me. They said that they didn't know that the service tech was not showing up. I need a new elevator company, any suggestions?

  Ten years with them. Service got progressively worse. I recently waited eight days for someone to come out, and restore service. In the interim, the local branch refused to speak to me, or return my calls. One star is too generous.

  Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. They take days if not weeks to come and do repairs. Even worst they are often late, by months to do quarterly maintenance. They rarely ever call back or even make follow up calls.
