  I had my solar system installed by another company. I called Mark to have some service done to it. What a difference! They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced. Do yourself a favor and call them first. You will get what you wanted the first time and won’t have to deal with the frustration of the other companies. I don’t typically like to refer people but in this case, I will. You won’t be disappointed.

  We had our first heavy rain of the season yesterday and had water dripping out of the ceiling. I was sure that it was caused by the solar panel installation that Urban Energy Solar performed a couple of years ago. I called Mark Mendoza, the owner of UES at 5:00PM and explained the issue. He reacted immediately and had a crew out to our house at 8:00 AM the next day. As it turned out, the leak was not caused by the installation, but Mark had his roofer come up the very next day to fix the issue. I can't say enough about Mark and his company when it comes to quality of work, professionalism, integrity and just caring about his customers. If you are considering solar, I give Urban Energy Solar my highest recommendation.
