My elevator was down for 12 days, my tenants were very upset! Every time I called I kept getting passed from manager to manager, just to be told that they didn't have the part in stock. It was working fine until one of their new techs got hold of it. They are charging me for the service call even thought it was their fault that the elevator was down. I told them I have not had my elevator maintenance for 10 months, yet they kept invoicing me. They said that they didn't know that the service tech was not showing up. I need a new elevator company, any suggestions?
