As a tradesman its a little frustrating having to explain to suppliers the function of a system so they'll understand the part you need. Ferguson in Cat City makes my part buying so easy. The HVAC counter is another story. I needed a set of low loss fittings and the lady at the counter seriously didn't have a clue what I was talking about. These fittings are extremely common. All HVAC Technician's need them and have them. Why she didn't know what they were is strange. Other than that, Ferguson rocks.
