Ignacio and his partner Jose tech came out the same day and was able to have my ac running back in the flash. They were very professional and very reasonable. Finding trustworthy people nowadays is difficult. There for I am extremely thankful for their honesty and service. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

We were referred to Air Plus through a friend and like so many other reviews, we received exceptional service and professionalism from Jose and the entire crew that did our work. After a brief consultation with Jose about service to our 30 y.o. unit, we decided the best approach was to install a new heat pump unit. Jose was professional and presented options and consideration. His customer service and respectful approach to dealing with customers is top notch and really a breath of fresh air compared to other service providers in this area. The crew show up a few days later and completed the work as planned and the craftsmanship of the entire install was outstanding. The price was very competitive and we are very pleased. We will also be using them for routine maintenance going forward in addition that will include our tankless water heater. I have been through a wide range of experiences with service providers in this area from off-putting and arrogant to no-shows --- count on these guys to be there for you and be straight forward and respectful!
