  Great to work with from start to finish. First-class service and always took the time to answer all of our questions. We shopped around quite a bit and ultimately chose them because they felt honest and never tried to oversell us. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and finding the right solution. Jason, the owner, was there from start along with Kody and Andreas who were just great to work with.

  Both Jason and Kody were so personable in their service. They did a great job in converting our old furnace to a heat pump and all of the duct work that went with it. In addition they replaced our air conditioner and wall thermostat. They are both very conscientious and caring and assumed a sense of responsibility when my cat ran up into the attic and wouldn't come out. I take responsibility for not properly securing her prior to their arrival and yet they came back to help me get her down. I really could not recommend them more highly. Excellent and excellent.

  I couldn’t be happier with the installation of our new HVAC unit by Prestigious Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. First off, the team was incredibly kind and polite, which is a huge plus in my book. They took the time to be respectful, approachable, and professional throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was how hard they worked. You might think installing a new HVAC system is as simple as removing the old one and putting in the new one, but that was definitely not the case here. Our attic is a tight space, and they had to completely tear out the old system and carefully install the new one so it fit even better than before with all new equipment. They made countless trips back and forth, from the attic to outside, from the backyard to upstairs, without ever slowing down. They also replaced the old thermostat with a new one seamlessly, making sure everything was set up properly and working perfectly. The backyard work alone was a major job. They removed the old AC unit and brought in the new one, and we had a decorative piece nailed deep into the ground to hide the unit. Kody was kind enough to carefully remove it and set it aside without damaging it. On top of that, he was incredibly patient with me, I must have come out every 10 minutes with a new question. He stayed calm, answered everything thoroughly, and even shared a few laughs with me along the way. Two of the team members stayed until everything was completely finished, Kody included. They made sure everything was cleaned up and continued to answer all my questions right to the end. Almost every part of the job, Kody had his hands in helping his team work through it. Solid professionalism One moment that really stood out: Kody was already in his truck about to leave when he noticed something from a distance. He got out, ran back, and picked up a box and some trash that most people would have easily missed. That level of attention to detail says everything. Any company that has someone like Kody on their team is incredibly lucky. His work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to doing the job right really stood out. Because of this experience, Prestigious Heating and Air Conditioning is absolutely a company I will continue to do business with and recommend to others. Highly, highly recommend!
