The worker behind the counter (who seems to absolutely hate his job) dismissively says "you'll never find that".... Well I found on Amazon for $13, next day delivery.... I suggest learning your craft and maybe learning how to crack a fake smile to create a more welcoming environment

- GSGary SteinDec 12, 20171.0Took my 1999 Ford Ranger in for Smog and I am a repeat customer over many years. They failed the smog test, showed me "after" the test a very small vacuum hose, may be 1/16" D to the heater control...It was totally visible before the smog testing process, just hanging there not connected. They did the smog testing knowing it would fail..they came and got me after the failed test saying it would need to be repaired first and then another smog test to get certified for the registration and another $38 plus certificate. I went to Ken Grody Ford who opened the hood, in all of 30 seconds connected the vacuum hose and said, ok, no charge..I asked if they could smog it, they did and done deal.I reported Ferguson Garage to the Automotive B. of Repair, they investigated, said they were in their rights and followed procedures..But as far as customer relations, and believe me, I feel like I was scammed, they saw this non connected vacuum hose not connected and should have warned me or asked if I want it repaired, something, but they just wanted my money and got it..all the time knowing the truck was going to fail because of: "visual inspection failed" ..Do not trust this repair facility, they will get you too..
