  We had a short window of time to get some flooring installed before a big move. Serena helped us select the right flooring and guided the job so that we could meet our deadline. The install crew were fabulous, seeing that the laminate was perfectly level and all thresholds were correct. Furniture was protected and the kitchen was sealed off. Everything was cleaned up well. Great Job!!

  I stopped at the San Marcos location, and spoke to a very knowledgeable Sales Associate. John Anthony Medina, he went beyond customer care. Even though he could not get me the product I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He sent me in another direction after speaking to several people to verify my product was not available through them. Thank you agin for being so helpful and personable. I will definitely come in again when I am doing my next project and will refer John Anthony Medina to all my friends. Thank you again for employing such a great Sales Associate.

  We had a most excellent experience at the Cardiff location with Serena as our guide! She found the wood flooring to match the 20-year-old existing wood floor. We ordered it and had to wait but she kept us informed every step of the way then we found a beautiful carpeting and got a wonderful discount that she told us about for Karastan days! Segway to our installers that were installers extraordinaire.!! Starting with the wood floor delivery guy who went out of his way to deliver our hardwood on Saturday so it could sit for two days and cure was “ Candi”The Wood floor artisans were Angel, Oscar And Juan… ( their father had been an America’s finest employee for years! ) The carpet artisans were Enrique, Javier and David! They also went above and beyond to accommodate us!! I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone! May I add that Ardella in the scheduling office was darling and work with us to make sure everything was scheduled on time and you were completely satisfied!
