To my own fault, I did not do enough due diligence to price out the parts my hvac needed to work properly before moving forward with the repair, I just listened to the MightyServ tech and paid what they asked. I did review the cost with 2 other hvac companies who both came back with a price quote 50% lower than mightyserv after the work was already done. I called mightyserv to ask if they would be willing to price match or offer any kind of refund, they declined and stated the added cost was their “service charge”. Nice tech, but do your due diligence. This company is more far pricier than other licensed,bonded, insured hvac companies.
