Also shout out to Omar, Jose, and Cristian for doing such a great job installing my new AC unit. They made sure I knew how to use the new thermostat and everything before they left.

He was a man of his word and after well over an hour, both our thermostats are online and on our phones once again. Not only that he was so patient and calm about it even though the thermostat was giving incorrect info. I think we need to take a lesson from him :)
