- SLSteffanee Leaming5 days ago5.0Our year-old motor on our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. Technician Brian Barrera came out to troubleshoot. Brian is professional, cordial and extremely knowledgeable. He determined we had a faulty motor and would order the replacement. He also replaced the 4 filters in our four HVAC units and asked if we would be interested in one of the 3 service plans MightyServ offer that would cut down on service call costs and additional benefits. I asked him to please show me the various service plans and I would present them to my husband. He went over each plan, explaining what it entailed and the cost. I asked him a multitude of questions and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of them. Once I showed them to my husband, we went with the mid-level plan. A week later, Brian came back to install the new motor, ran all the tests and we have working AC. Brian is an exemplary representative for MightyServ. We like his professional, courteous manner and his extensive technical knowledge. Excellent service from Brian Barrera and MightyServ. We highly recommend this company.
