- JPJeffrey PetersJun 11, 20195.0Larry, our sales guy was friendly and easy to work with. I got a bid that was comparable to the one I got from Costco. Costco was supposedly offering a 15% discount. They ripped out some old Spanish tile and installed a combination of carpet and vinyl planks. They worked fine with the painters we had painting the interior at the same time. We have an Eichler, and the old, cracked, concrete slab was not ideal to work with but they patched it where necessary and did beautiful work from start to finish.
