  I replaced carpet and laminate with new LVP flooring, and Lawrence Flooring had a great selection AND competitively priced. I selected a few samples in the showroom, and Mike E. brought them over along with some of his suggestions ... narrowed down to two final pieces. Mike was able to get samples to lay out in the space -- glad we did this as my "favorite" was too dark once I had several planks out. The lighter one I installed looks great!! I requested baseboards ahead of time so I could paint before install; no problem with this request. Overall a positive experience, as a friend had recommended this company after using them twice in the past 10 years. The area being replaced with LPV was an addition (old patio slab from previous owners) that unknowingly wasn't level. Upon demolition, the crew did the assessment and recommending grinding + leveling the entire area. This unfortunately added to the project cost, but beyond their control. The crew was nice, hard working and cleaned up completely. Hidden "flaws" in homes are expected when renovations are made, yet didn't have exact cost (only a ballpark figure) until the final invoice. It was more than I anticipated, but Mike E. worked with me for a fair price. I'd recommend this company and would use them again!

  Larry, our sales guy was friendly and easy to work with. I got a bid that was comparable to the one I got from Costco. Costco was supposedly offering a 15% discount. They ripped out some old Spanish tile and installed a combination of carpet and vinyl planks. They worked fine with the painters we had painting the interior at the same time. We have an Eichler, and the old, cracked, concrete slab was not ideal to work with but they patched it where necessary and did beautiful work from start to finish.

  Personal service, convenient showroom, and unbeatable pricing on furniture and carpet. I have used Lawrence Furnishing for over 20 years in both my home and business. Most of their staff has been there a long time (a sign of a good company) and they remember their customers when they come back in. They are also very accommodating in letting you check out swatches, samples, and books so that you can visualize them in your home before making your final selections. I have been very pleased with everything we have done over the years with Lawrence Furnishing. Additionally, the owners, Larry and Mike Goldberg, are great guys and usually one of them is in the showroom to greet you.
