  Chris Young at J&M Windows and Glass is outstanding. I contacted J&M to purchase a replacement part for an Andersen patio door that was installed back in 2007 when my condo building was originally built. Chris quickly helped me diagnose what was wrong, identified the correct part, and ordered it for me without any hassle. When the part arrived, he personally called me to let me know. When I went to pick it up, he didn’t just hand it over—he took the time to walk me through exactly how to do the repair, which was incredibly helpful. After I got home, I realized I was missing several screws that the previous owner must have lost when the locking mechanism originally failed. I called Chris, and without hesitation, he told me to come by and he’d give me the screws for free. The reality is the parts I bought probably had only a couple dollars of margin, and if you factor in his time and the free hardware, he likely lost money on the transaction. He didn’t think twice about it. If you want honest advice, expertise, and someone who genuinely cares about helping you, give Chris your business. He’s the best.

  I cannot recommend a business any higher! Yesterday afternoon, the locking mechanism on my Anderson glass french door broke. My daughter and I were home alone on a late Friday afternoon. I looked online and found J & M Windows and Glass listed as a certified repair business. I called them right before they were closing for the weekend. A super friendly Chris answered. I described the issue and basically begged if a technician could come out and help us. I was afraid to leave our home unlocked! Chris told me that they were closing soon AND that he’d leave the replacement part out for me to come pick up. Chris had confidence I could fix it myself and shared a step-by-step video! I picked up the part, followed his steps, and our door is fixed and locking! I feel so thankful for Chris’s generosity and help in keeping our house locked and safe! Thank you Chris!🌟
