  We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Sonny Vigil, the technician who installed our new Water Softener System from De Anza Water Solutions. Sonny was very punctual for his appointment at our home for the installation. He demonstrated a professional demeanor and a highly skilled aptitude in completing his tasks. The system was installed effectively and in a timely and clean manner. On completion Sonny took time to explain the various components of the system and the maintenance requirements and schedule. Thank you Sonny for a very positive experience. We are extremely satisfied, as an existing customer, with De Anza’s support for the sales, ordering and installation processes for our new system.

  Kai was an awesome technician Not only was he v polite and patient as we had to wait for a code to access area from my landlord, he was also knowledgeable and informative about ongoing schedule of maintenance Also the young woman in billing was also v kind & understanding that I had no idea I was responsible for the billing & forgave the late fees which I was extremely grateful for. Highly recommend De Anza Water Conditioning to everyone

  Overall De Anza Water Conditioning was easy to contact and the sales rep Raoul, was responsive to all of my questions. On the day of installation, Tomas and Benjamin did an excellent job on installing my softener system. All of the plumbing was nicely hidden behind the tanks and even the hose bib was placed at eye level which is great when you have small children. They went over everything before they started and were receptive to my requests.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I scheduled service for one of my projects on Wednesday. I was told they would call me back the next day. I followed up, and again they said they would call me in the afternoon — no call ever came. They mentioned the service manager, Taylor, would reach out. It has now been more than two days, and I still have not received a simple response. I confirmed my Friday appointment (12–2 PM window) and even called at 8:30 AM that morning to verify. I was assured someone would be there. I waited for two hours — no one showed up, and no one contacted me. As a contractor managing active projects, communication and reliability are critical. Unfortunately, this company failed in both areas. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

  We have been De Anza Water Conditioning customers for over 14 years, first with a reverse osmosis water system and very soon afterwards with a water softener. After 14 years, we heard a very random high pitch whine randomly from our RO system. Kai came out took a long, and fortunately heard the same sound. He made a few phone calls and suggested that they might know what it is but an attempt to repair is highly unlikely to succeed given the age of the unit and how infrequently this occurs. Given that the unit was 14 years old, VERY heavily used by us, we opted for a replacement. Fortunately for us, Kai had one in his vehicle and installed it immediately. I feel confident with De Anza Water Conditioning that we are getting both a great product and long-term service to go with it. Everyone who has visited our home, including, Kai, has been super professional.
