Almost four decades ago, founder and president of De Anza Water Conditioning, John Schafer, entered the water treatment business with a California State Contractor’s license, combined with a wide and deep understanding of water— the benefits of its best and the challenges of its worst. To compete in this industry, John knew that he needed to provide customers with unique and special solutions.
He chose to build his business on the strength of Kinetico Water Systems, supported by a highly specialized technical team and supportive, knowledgeable office staff. Our goal is to satisfy the need of each customer, providing a customized solution for each water problem.

Trust me, I love electronics and IoT devices more than the next guy - I even have a toaster that’s connected to WiFi, but I did not want to have to be bothered changing settings of a water softener if we were ever going to be away from home for an extended period of time. Raoul did an excellent job making a compelling case to go with them, and Aidan did an awesome job installing the water softener as well as the K5 RO. My wife and I cannot be more pleased with the performance of the water softener and RO. Listen, you don’t need to hear more from happy customers like myself; just do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation with them and see for yourself.

Raoul did a great job during the initial consultation. He clearly explained the systems, walked us through our options, and patiently answered all our questions as first time buyers. They gave us nearest available spot for the installation. Aiden did all the installation with great care. Though installation took a while, Aiden was extremely thorough and professional the entire time. He worked patiently, paid close attention to detail, answered every question we had, and shared helpful tips on usage and maintenance. His depth of knowledge and care were impressive. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with De Anza Water and highly recommend their services.
