  Amazing job from start to finish! We now have outstanding water from our water softener plus a K5 RO system at the sink. The salesperson, Tam was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The technician who did the install was fantastic; rare to see someone these days work so hard, enjoys his job, and have pride in his work. Out of curiosity, we tend to ask a lot of questions which can sometimes intimidate some contractors. Not Aiden, he was super knowledgeable and patiently answered our many questions. He had pride in his work and reveled in finding solutions to some of our complex installation issues. The company and owners were also helpful in making size adjustments to the quoted unit based on our unique situation and scheduling Aiden for another visit to address all our concerns and questions about the systems….. very generous considering they are in San Jose and we are in south Santa Cruz County - A Great Company - Great Employees - Look No Further for Your Water Conditioning Needs! - A Happy Customer

  Had Benjamin from De Anza Water Conditioning come out to install a water softener and couldn't be more impressed. Professional, efficient, and had everything wrapped up faster than expected. He knew exactly what he was doing and left the workspace spotless. Highly recommend De Anza

  Recently had a whole house water softening system installed by De Anza. Chris E was our installer and did a fantastic job! First and foremost, he was VERY knowledgeable about the system and nuances of its installation to ensure optimal performance. Second, the quality of his work was excellent. Very professional install with great attention to detail. Third, he exhibited great communication. He was easy to speak with and was great about answering any questions I had. And lastly, he was on time and left the worksite clean. Again, very professional. I also want to give praise to Tyler, another technician who helped for part of the install. He was also great to work with and was very professional. Overall, the installation went very well and the system is functioning fantastic. The improvement in water quality is impressive! Highly recommend this team.

  Dylan at De Anza Water Conditioning did a thorough annual service check on my Kinetico Q85 water softener, installed one year prior. Dylan was punctual, professional and answered all my questions and concerns along with tips around hard water in my area and occasional air lock in an older house plumbing. I also have a 1 year A200 RO system installed under the kitchen sink and am very pleased with both systems, water quality and De Anza Water support.

  Raoul came by to test our water and walked us through the differences between each system. He was super patient and easy to talk to. Once we scheduled the install, Jose and Jonathan showed up and did an awesome job setting up our water softener and RO system. They were friendly, professional, and made sure to answer all our questions while explaining everything clearly. I’d definitely recommend De Anza Water to friends—it was a smooth, stress-free experience.
