- KKKaren KalapothakosSep 14, 20235.0We had a plumbing emergency on Tuesday evening.- a broken hot water valve under our master bath sink. Water flooded our bathroom and hardwood floor in bedroom. We could not get any plumbing company out on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning my husband happened to run into Chris, the owner, at a plumbing supply company in Placerville. He offered to follow my husband to our home in Pollock Pines and fix our broken hot water valve even though he had another job. He was in and out quickly, super knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. You don’t find customer service like this very often! I highly recommend CG Plumbing!!

- PSPeter StamosDec 14, 20225.0Chris is a genuine superhero!!! We had a major sewer pipe blockage (turned out to be caused by plant growth!), and had sewage coming up through our downstairs shower. This in the middle of a major rainstorm, and it was already late afternoon and I was running out of available plumbers to call. Chris came recommended, and took my call after 4pm. I had given up hope of any help that day and was already looking for a hotel room when he offered to swing by after his last call to take a look. He arrived just a little after 5pm, and refused to leave until he fixed our problem. We avoided having to leave for a hotel and he fixed for a very reasonable price. This guy is fantastic!!! I will be using him for all my plumbing needs now and forever!!!
