  I recently had a new water heater installed and wanted to highlight the excellent work done by Ricky. From start to finish, the experience was very professional. Ricky demonstrated a high level of skill and attention to detail throughout the installation. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and he took the time to ensure everything was installed properly and up to code. What stood out most was his attitude—respectful, focused, and committed to doing the job right. It’s not common to see both strong technical ability and a great customer-oriented approach in the same person, but Ricky delivered on both. Overall, a clean, professional installation and a very positive experience. I would confidently recommend his work.

  We had a good experience with The Water Heater Company. Our pilot light went out and wouldn't re-ignite, so we called and they came right out. Sure enough, the ignition unit was defective and needed replacing, but since our water heater was 13 years old and showed signs of wear, it was wiser to replace the entire hot water heater rather than spend half that amount on a new ignition unit. Our technician, Travis, was knowledgeable and cordial, and he completed the job in one morning. We're satisfied with the new water heater and look forward to many years of worry-free service. I highly recommend The Water Heater Company.

  We were having problems with our Navien hot water heater installed initially by another local company. Mark from The Water Heater Company diagnosed the issues, which were significant. He contacted Navien to determine which parts were part of our warranty. The problems and internal damage from improper installation were extensive. Navien warrantied a new water heater. Mark returned the following day to install the new water heater per the guidelines for the product. He kept us informed during the process and explained everything. We tested the hot water throughout the house after installation. It’s working beautifully.

  Just had my water heater serviced by Ricky Chavez with The Water Heater Company. He was fantastic. He was extremely informative and didn't make me feel rushed at all with the many questions I had; he's highly skilled and worked efficiently; he provided me with information about how I could upgrade my water filtration system without pressing or upselling at all. Most important, I was very comfortable with him in my home -- even my rescue poodle who was traumatized as a puppy and very fearful of strangers liked him! Also, the staff who managed the appointment process were efficient, friendly, and highly professional. I will definitely be a return customer.

  Saturday morning our tankless water heater decided to stop working. Called The Water Heater Company and they were here within an hour. Diagnosed the dead tankless water heater. Thought we were going to have to wait until Monday but they actually had everything that was needed. Everything had to be replaced. They were here until 8:00pm. An 8 hour job on a Saturday. Jake and Zack did a great job and the installation is as it should be now. We will definitely not ever use anyone else.
