He also did a similar cleaning on a second furnace, and carefully checked it to be sure it was operating correctly. I can now sleep better knowing that our tenants will have reliable heat for the cold days ahead!
- MBMark Blatt2 days ago5.0We so appreciate all the work done by Gatewood Heating and Air Conditioning at Chapel in the Pines, Arnold the week of November 17. Troy, Ryan, and Russell are very knowledgeable and the work they did demonstrated a high degree of skill. They worked through the cold and rainy weather we had throughout the week, but, especially, on Monday to set the units in place with a crane. They were prompt in arriving each day with great communication on what work they would be doing each day. They worked around, or in sync with, the ongoing activities held at the church, i.e. food bank and an area-wide Bible study - lots of people in and out of the church that included toddlers. They were very conscientious of cleaning areas in which they worked to leave no materials behind. I received many value added comments from them to assist in managing the new, as well as, the older equipment. I am very happy that we chose Gatewood for the extensive work that needed to be done and would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs. Mark Blatt, Property Manager for CITP.
