Brandy is a terrific representative who did a wonderful job coming out, offering us carpet options, measuring, and giving us the lowest of all the bids we received. She even played with our puppy! The Luxor crew was a joy to work with - fast, efficient, friendly, and professional in moving large furniture and carpeting 5 rooms, a hall, and 18 stairs in perfect fashion and in only two days. Nothing was damaged at all. Ten stars!! You should really call them if you want beautiful carpet, a low price, friendly people, and a stress free experience.

Luis (the owner) came out himself for the consultation, and he was knowledgeable and helpful. The installers for the floor were professional and friendly. They had to add a ramp since there was an offset between the bedroom and the hallway to accommodate my power chair, and it just all looks so fabulous.
