But they kept the time which was great since we were home all day anyway. They came as a three-person team and got to work right away taking air and physical samples throughout the house. Stephen donned his caving gear and inspected our crawl space and attic. They were all very polite and communicative -- showing us the various hidden places where mold like to grow. We haven't received the full report yet, but so far our experience with them has been excellent.
