We were interested in solar for our 1940s home and provided a deposit in good faith. However, after further inspection of our roof and the overall project viability, we decided not to move forward. When we requested our deposit back—before any equipment was ordered or installation began—the company initially refused, claiming it was 'passed' the point of a refund. It was a high-pressure situation where we felt they were trying to lock us into a contract we weren't comfortable with. While we did eventually receive our deposit back after pushing the issue, the initial refusal to return funds for work not performed was a major red flag. Homeowners should be very careful with the fine print here. If you are looking for a company that values transparency and customer comfort over just 'closing the deal,' I would suggest looking elsewhere. We’re glad we didn't get stuck with them and are instead putting that money into improvements that actually fit our home.

They had a professional presentation for a proposed system, and they professionally and timely installed an upgraded electrical panel and 10.5 kw system. They handled all of the permits as you would expect. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, the installation was handled professionally and thoughtfully, even when the system involved some fairly advanced components. The solar panels, Enphase batteries, IQ System Controller 3M, and meter collar were all installed cleanly and correctly, and everything works exactly as it should. What I appreciated most was the willingness of the team to take the time to get things right, answer questions, and work through details rather than rushing the job. That gave me real confidence in both the equipment and the installation. Now that the system is fully up and running, it’s been rock solid and performs just as expected. This was a significant investment for me, and it feels great knowing it was done properly.
