With pureflo the service was fast. Also they have leak detector and it’s easy to call them in case there is a problem. The technician set up everything so fast.

I have kept up with regular maintenance and the servicing team is very professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the work and anything in between. Recent service showed that our system has a manufacturing defect that has left our unit completely dead. I’d have hoped that these parts be in inventory but I was told it’d be 4-6 weeks for the warranty claim. It’s now a waiting game for us.
