When I called Paul got me in right away. The technicians were kind they explained the issue and fixed it .but another problem arose a couple days later they came looked at it got it going again . They didn't charge me for coming out the second time. I appreciate them for all they did to help me out and getting the heat flowing again Thank you all so much. Would recommend 👌

Paul and his team at DHA A/C are exceptional. They truly put the customer first, ensuring satisfaction and taking the time to explain every detail. It's rare to find such dedication, and it really stands out to me. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions About DHA Mechanical, Inc.

How do I know which indoor air quality product is right for me?

Determining the right indoor air quality product depends on individual comfort needs and sensitivity levels. Those with high thresholds may benefit from simple solutions like improved air filters, while those with lower thresholds might require more comprehensive air purification systems. DHA Mechanical can provide a Home Health Report Card to assist you in selecting the most suitable indoor air improvement products for your specific situation.

How can I eliminate indoor odors?

Rather than masking odors with air fresheners or candles, which can potentially worsen air quality, consider addressing the root causes. Common sources of indoor odors include bacteria, dust mites, pet dander, and mold. Installing germicidal (UV) lights in your HVAC system can effectively neutralize odors and inhibit contaminant growth. Additionally, poor ventilation often contributes to unpleasant smells. A DHA Mechanical technician can assess your home's ventilation system and recommend solutions to improve air circulation and quality.
