  My family had a very disappointing experience with DHA Mechanical. My heating unit was only one year old and still under warranty, yet I ended up paying almost $800 out of pocket. A technician spent about four hours sitting on my roof only to determine that the igniter was bad—something that should not have taken that long to diagnose. What upset me the most was the complete lack of transparency. Nobody was upfront about the costs during or after the service visit. I only found out about all the additional fees 4 days later, after we had to call them ourselves to ask when we can get heat back on since it’s in the cold winter months. This level of service work is unacceptable and they should not be used for any warranty work. Between the overpricing, the inefficient troubleshooting, and the poor communication about fees, I do not feel this company operates in a customer-friendly or honest way. I would not recommend DHA Mechanical to anyone looking for fair pricing or clear, upfront service. I believe this company exploits families with their high labor costs on cheap parts under warranty to stay in business.

  When I called Paul got me in right away. The technicians were kind they explained the issue and fixed it .but another problem arose a couple days later they came looked at it got it going again . They didn't charge me for coming out the second time. I appreciate them for all they did to help me out and getting the heat flowing again Thank you all so much. Would recommend 👌

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this HVAC shop. I initially contacted them for A/C service and was quoted between $800 and $1,200. However, after inspecting the system, the cost jumped to $2,000. Just two days after their first repair, my A/C failed again, leading to an additional charge of $315 to replace a broken capacitor (which can be done in 15 mins by myself and cost only $20) Although the dealer waived the cost later after this replacement, the system failed again within hours, prompting a third visit. During this visit, they discovered a leak in the evaporator coil and claimed to have fixed it. Unfortunately, shortly after that repair, the A/C failed yet again. This meant I had three separate repairs in one week, and the A/C still wasn’t working properly. While the dealer has recently offered to replace the leaking coil at no charge and acknowledged their shortcomings, my trust in them has been severely shaken. I also requested a refund for the unsatisfactory service, but they refused. The dealer also admitted the mistakes they made during the visits in the email, including failing to replace the capacitor, failing to realize the evaporation coil may be old etc. The lack of thoroughness during repairs is unacceptable. Given these experiences, I feel compelled to leave a negative review. I advise others to be cautious when considering this shop for HVAC services.

  Paul and his team are very helpful and care about their customers. They are very knowledgeable. My house was having heating issues. They diagonised the problem in my HVAC unit in short time, provided fair quotes and completed the work in a timely manner. The office staff is very nice and attentive. I appreciate you all. I would highly recommend DHA Mechanical to anyone!
