  Our technician came by and looked at the toilet and drain early this morning. Christoper was a very nice guy. But after looking at the toilet, he said that he had never worked on a toilet with automatic flush so he really didn’t know what he could do. He attempted to run an auger, but was unable to do so. He asked if we had had this problem before and I did mention to him that we had about two years ago and that the Service Champions Plummer at that time ran a snake through the system and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Christoper said he could not do that because of his inexperience and would need to remove the toilet before he could run an auger and said it would cost an extra $301 and added that he did not know if that would work. I told him thank you and that I would call a different plumber who was familiar with this toilet. very unfortunate that his time was wasted because the previous guy from service champions fix d the same problem in about 10 minutes.

  a guy came to our house .. took tons of pics... an at the same time talked about the lord an who he voted for an how he changed his mind an how he home schools his kid, funny how he says 9-11 was a missile, an blah blah blah blah is that how you teach your plumbers how to be salesman. talk to us the customer like we are besties, thats horrible my mom was appalled ,,, we all have our own views, like in the work place ,,, 3 things shall never be talked about, politics, an religion an the other thing... i must say after the last last guy that told us our heater needed to be replaced, 2nd opinion said differently,,, then now you call her to tell her she has a credit of 1200$ that mysteriously appeared.... really... do you really think i wanna hear about one of your service writers making 800k last year... really... thats not what your people should be telling customers... please dont call my mom anymore... oh an cancel that $20 a month,, im sure we can find a real company that doesnt tell us how the industry takes advantage of others... this was strike 2.... there wont be a 3rd mistake... UPDATE here is how we rate your guy that came to our house.. hey your water pressure is high,, for $1900 we can put a regulator on for you,,,, out of the 20 some pictures he took,, did he take a pic of the 2 regulators we already have.. one at the back fence one at the house,,, but $1900 for 1 regulator... i can buy a Milwaukee Electric - M18 Short Throw Press for $800... he didnt even know we had a regulator at the back gate .. so we need 3 regulators

  Today was Good Friday 2026 so available plumbers are hard to find. I had discovered that I had a stoppage in our master bathroom sink. I disassembled the trap and cleaned the P trap but that was not the main issue. I determined I had a blockage in the wall. I needed a drain auger to fix. Since I no longer had a drain auger and my usual plumber was not available, I called Service Champions and made an appointment. They sent out Arturo Garcia to do the work. Arturo had a professional appearance and demeanor. He confirmed my diagnosis and quickly cleared my blockage in a neat and professional manner. I am a happy customer and will use them again.

  My air stopped working during our winter heat wave. Service Champions was the first and only company I called. Reviews sold me. Corey Boggs service tech came in checked everything and my worst fear unit was no good. We sat down he explained everything that was wrong with it. We discussed the options and a new unit is going in. Corey is absolutely top notch, honest. Took pictures of the circuit board etc showing issues in attic and unit outside. Now just remember he’s not a salesman trying to make a quick sale. Just a wonderful honest service tech. I have COPD and with that being said we were able to get the job started right away. Job is started I’ll follow up after completion. Thank you Service Champions and thank you Corey Boggs you are my hero. 😉 ( May I add new installation is going in as well being half our home was without causing old unit to extremely over work burned out)

  Beware of lies and unethical sales tactics!! My elderly parents had an annual inspection done on their hvac system. The man told them there was evidence of rodents in the attic and recommended they completely clear out all insulation, bleach the wood, etc. When my mom said they can't afford that he pushed and pushed for them to finance the work. He didn't know I was in the other room working and heard the entire conversation. When I walked out he spoke to me in a condescending way until I informed him that I walked out of a meeting because I had already heard everything going on. I told him that we have a contract with a pest control and would be consulting them before making any decisions, then all of a sudden he was quiet and finished his work. 2 days later the pest control company confirmed zero evidence of any rodents in the home. None. So basically this man was trying to scam an older couple and push them to finance work they didn't need done. Shameful!
