  Kayvon was great! He came to do my yearly furnace maintenance. He saw some issues with my unit and investigated further. Unfortunately for me I have issues in my attic space and he was great in explaining it all to me. He asked if I needed anything that needed to be done and I was in the process of trying to open up my air purifier because my kid dropped something inside. Kayvon got right to it and was able to pull out a knotted shoelace out of the motor! He saved me from buying a new one! He is great at both maintenance and customer service!

  Isaac was assigned as the technician to check on my Lennox. He arrived very promptly. I appreciated that he explained what he will be checking on since my Lennox was 5 years old. Isaac took the time to show me the area where condensation could accumulate when I use the A/C. He removed that part and thoroughly cleaned it. After replacing it back, he instructed me to use the heater after using the A/C for a long time in the hot weather to avoid condensation. I definitely received the 5-star treatment.

  Alex was very friendly, clean, professional, and performed a thorough inspection of my HVAC system. After the inspection, we reviewed photos and discussed his findings and recommendations. I really appreciated the level of effort, time spent and skills needed to perform a detailed inspection and cleaning of the system, and taking the time to perform a comprehensive review of the results.   Shoutout to David C. and Jerson S. For their services on 10/22 in Highland. These gentlemen did a phenomenal job with attic insulation removal and install. They sealed everything up beautifully inside the home and left no mess to clean up! The attic insulation is great too! What a huge difference in our home. We hadn't run the AC for nearly three weeks now, its wonderful! If anyone is on the fence about having this done, this is the right business to have it done proper! We had several companies here and none would cover our expectations, nor was their guarantee and warranty satisfactory. That's where Service Champions comes in. I started using them for routine maintenance on my hvac. Had my plumbing checked, even had a water heater installed through them. Also had an air filter unit for the hvac unit added. I've used their services four times this year. I trust them in my home. I trust them following through with their services and on top of all this, their membership service is terrific! Never would have thought to have these as my go to guys-for our home maintenance. Greatly appreciate the service and will continue to use them. Thank you again guys!
