  Christopher came out with time and was highly professional. He laid a carpet entry mat at the front door to not track in dirt and wore shoe booties. They also laid a blanket by the indoor hvac unit to contain debris, he explained everything thoroughly and educated me on what he was doing, showed me what the condition was if all AC parts and I even loved his high tech snake cam that could peer into super tight places to show me the condition of all critical areas not easily accessible by normal means. I ended up subscribing for their annual membership which covers the maintenance and inspection of ac, furnace and water heater/plumbing.

  We had an excellent experience with Service Champions, especially with our technician Joshua. Our A/C stopped working a day before the heatwave last month. We called Service Champions Friday morning and Joshua came out same day. He stayed a long time, explained everything thoroughly, and quickly found the problem. After replacing a broken part, our A/C was working just in time for the weekend heatwave. We are grateful for Joshua’s attention to detail and spending the extra time even on a Friday night. We will continue to use Service Champions throughout the year and hope that Joshua is the one who services our home!

  This is my first time using them. They had an HVAC service promotion, so I thought I would give them a try. The appointment process was seamless. The person I talked with was friendly and efficient. On my scheduled appointment day, I received a courtesy call from the service technician letting me know they were about 20 minutes away. When Myles and Blake arrived, they were very cordial and nicely introduced themselves. I showed them where the system components were and they got right to work. Myles, who was the lead technician, would check in with me periodically to let me know how things were going. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the different readings they were getting and answer any questions I had. The whole experience was very positive. The guys were thorough and courteous throughout the whole process. I would definitely continue to use Service Champions for any heating and air conditioning needs.

  Oscar G. was at my home today to perform a "maintenance super service', which is an HVAC and AC tune up. Oscar was very friendly and explained what he was doing thoroughly. Oscar also washed the whole house fan's screen which was very dirty. Oscar replaced the furnace air filter which I provided. When he was done he recommended I purchase a Compressor Saver since the LRA (Locked Rotor Amps) on the 2T AC unit was higher than the LRA rating called for (63.5A to 59.3A). The LRA represents the maximum current a compressor motor should draw at the exact moment it starts up. I found the price to be very reasonable, and with summer looming I want to keep the AC (installed by Service Champions 10/9/21) in good shape. Oscar inspected and cleaned the furnace heat evaporator too. He recommended I purchase a biocide chamber, which is an HVAC air purification system, typically featuring ultraviolet (UV-C) lamps installed near evaporator coils to kill mold, bacteria, and allergens. By sanitizing the dark, damp, and often contaminated coils, these devices improve indoor air quality, and enhance HVAC efficiency. These are primarily designed to sanitize HVAC components and kill microorganisms. Again, I found the price to be very reasonable. Service Champions installed my HVAC furnace 10/9/24. Lastly, I could praise Service Champions continuously for their great service, friendly technicians, and wonderful work. I have been a Service Champions Club member since 2008 and regardless of who comes to my home they always do a great job.

  I just had my first annual heating maintenance service. My service technician was Donavon. He was very friendly and considerate of my home and its belongings, leaving any work areas as clean as they were before he arrived. On a professional level, I was impressed by the thoroughness of everything he did, by his knowledge of heating and cooling systems, and by his ability to communicate and answer any questions that I had in words that I could understand. He disassembled my furnace, tested every part to see that it was functioning properly, and explained to me the purpose of each part that he tested. He gave suggestions on steps I could take to improve the efficiency of my furnace and how to extend the useful life of my furnace. Donavon clearly loves and is enthusiastic about his trade. I appreciate the time he took and the knowledge he shared to help me understand how heating and cooling systems work. A company's reputation is only as good as the work done by its employees, and Donavon was an excellent representative of Service Champions Plumbing Heating and AC!
