For your security, all of our staff are background checked and drug tested and we'll email a picture of our technician, before he arrives. We have a state-of-the-art training facility where each technician receives 150 hours of mandatory classroom training each year. My mom has been a member for a couple years now, and has always had kind, polite, helpful guys come to her home. Because she always speaks so highly about everyone she's had take care of her issues, I am also becoming a member. I can not say enough about the service provided by Service Champions, as well as their great employees. Thank you so much.

He helped us diagnose three known issues in our home’s plumbing and was able to repair one of them on the spot, and provided solutions for the other two. The one he worked on for us was a very tricky faucet issue that took patience, persistence, and a little creativity. Additionally, what I liked was that Mario seemed to have access to a capable and experienced team in the back office who provided extra support and knowledge. Experience counts when working on houses with old plumbing like ours. Well done by this team.

Signed up for their membership and have both serviced every year to make sure everything is running ok. Today I had Sophanna Chan, likes to go by Chan, as my technician today to work on my heater and he was awesome! Super friendly and willing to put up with my dogs with a smile and laughter the entire time! He was in and out in a decent amount of time, answered all my questions in a friendly manner, and ensure the place was spotless when he left! I can’t recommend service champions, or Chan, highly enough! They’re the best in the business, hands down!

As a Service Champions’ Club Member, I had the annual maintenance done on my Lennox furnace (which I had purchased from Service Champions 12 years ago.) This service is included in my membership. Max Castro, technician, arrived on time, worked diligently and attended to every detail of the 18 point inspection/tuneup. He took photos of every step of the process. When he was finished with the inspection & cleaning, he went through each photo with me, explaining exactly what he had done. This excellent service was done at no extra charge beyond my monthly membership. Max was competent, polite and friendly. He thought that the furnace was about two years old, because it is in great shape, and was shocked to find out that it was in fact 12! I said that it is thanks to the annual maintenance that Service Champions provides for its club members. I thank Max for a job well done and will be requesting him from now on for my furnace tuneups.
