  Last walkthroughs aren't always fun, but this one was easy because there weren't many problems to fix. Before we even saw them, internal quality control had already found and fixed every little paint drip or loose screw. Only "completely satisfied" can describe our time with this team.

  We had the opportunity to work with California Pro Builders on a full ground up construction of our approximately 4,000 sq ft custom home in Sherman Oaks, including a complete backyard buildout with a custom pool and hardscape and I can confidently say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. The project started with planning, architectural coordination, and permitting, all handled smoothly and efficiently. They were extremely knowledgeable about Los Angeles building requirements and guided us through every step of the process with clarity and transparency.   Thorough planning during the design phase prevented any major issues during the actual build. They used 3D software to show us how the new roofline would look before they started framing. This prevented us from making a very expensive design mistake.

  Superior carpentry skills were displayed during the installation of our new custom kitchen cabinets. Every piece was fitted with great care and the hardware was perfectly aligned. The cabinets are beautiful and offer a ton of great storage.

  Within a week of starting the demolition our new kitchen layout was already starting to take shape. The crew worked with incredible speed and coordination to keep the project moving forward. It was amazing to see how much they could accomplish in such a short time.
