- MPMartin PeñaMar 31, 20261.0I placed a reservation at this location with a two week notice for a fork lift. Alex was the representative that assisted me. I was provided a physical print out of my reservation and that on the specified date that I was renting for that’s forklift would be available as early as 8 am. On the morning of the pickup for the forklift I arrived and was assisted but a separate individual whom stated no reservation was in the system and was puzzled as to how I even had a physical print out of the reservation and whom assisted me setting all of it up. Came to find out in that moment that my reservation was sent to San Francisco for an entirely different reservation. Was told best they could now do was 11am. It was now after 1 pm and I still had not heard from anyone at Herc rentals. Alex dropped the ball big time here. I couldn’t keep pushing my scheduled delivery window for my incoming freight out further and incur fees. Was later contacted by Alex and was told yea sorry those guys needed it so we sent it out there. I guess your word nor the reservation mean nothing when it comes to business at this location.
