  Martin Palacios was the technician who came to my residence. Martin arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. After ruling out various issues that may have been causing issues with our furnace, Martin promptly diagnosed the problem. He made the necessary repairs on the spot and our furnace has been up and running since. We're very grateful EHA was able to get a technician out to us so promptly and very pleased with Martin's work. Five star service, the EHA team is lucky to have him on their team.

  My Lennox Heat Pump HVAC system failed the day after Christmas. Luckily this was within the 3 year guarantee that Costco provides so I called Environmental Heating and Air at the number provided on the warranty card they had given me. Even though it was the day after Christmas, the phone was answered by a real person (Marcia) who displayed real courtesy and made extra effort to send someone out late in the afternoon after calling around to find someone available even though it was a Friday afternoon after Christmas and first check of her system showed no one available. Martin Palacios arrived right on time. Martin was very courteous and professional. He examined the system and error codes and quickly narrowed down the problem to control board vs blower. Since he had a control board on the truck, he swapped that out first. Unfortunately the problem was the blower motor and he didn’t have one. Since by then it was late Friday he said he would do his best to try and call around to get the part ordered and with luck the system could be fixed Monday or Tuesday. Even though I was grateful for the prompt and courteous service, I have to admit that I was stressed out because night time temps are in the 30s and 40s and our old home is poorly insulated. However, Martin and the Environmental team provided an unexpected Christmas miracle! After calling several places that weren’t open or did not have the part, he managed to find one at the Lennox warehouse. Martin told me that the Lennox team stayed open a little late just so Martin could arrive and pick it up. Martin came back in the evening and installed the blower, reconfigured the system for the new parts, and made sure to stay and test to make sure everything worked! It was beyond usual business hours but Martin and the Environmental Heating and Air team pulled of a “Christmas Miracle”! I am warm and happy as I write this even though it is in the 40s outside at this time :).

  Amazing job installing new HVAC dual furnace/AC system on Wednesday, Dec 17, 2025. Jeff and Freddy were both very professional and very respectful of our home. They left with all areas very clean. Jeff helped me understand the system before leaving and I am very confident running the system under all conditions. Looking forward to seeing the savings from the energy efficient system and having the ability to run the furnace with either gas or electric. So far, our home has been warm throughout.

  I recently bought a Lennox HVAC unit from Costco. It was a great deal that hit the sweet spot of my budget Eddie Salcido and his teammate. Marcus did an excellent job worthy of a master mechanic general, electric mechanical technician. They patiently listen to my tech questions about the unit. I was amazed at the knowledge combined with pure customer service from these two young gentlemen . Also, the design specialist Chris Colores was instrumental in my choice of a Lennox HVAC system. Chris was like an answer to a prayer and I was going through great stress because my 42 year old general electric/train HVAC unit finally expired. I reach out to everybody out there who needs the sweet spot of an excellent HVAC system to buy the Lennox unit from Costco because the vendor environmental Heating & Air solutions who installs the unit are top class and they’re not number one in my book the number 1 trillion.
