- JSJackie StorrarDec 9, 20192.0I called and told them I needed a new remote for my ceiling fans because 2 were coming on hen I pressed 1 remote. They sent someone out and he checked the remotes. He said you need a different remote so I can program them differently and I didn't bring any. so he ordered one. I called them a week later to inquire when they were coming out and they said it just came in. After he installed it he said it was double what I was told. They charged me for 2 house calls. That's not right since I told them what I needed the first time and they didn't do anything the first time. I called them and complained but they still charged ne double.
