I can imagine he spent more time than he anticipated on the repair and charged us the original price agreed. Having had lots of trades to our house during a major renovation I got a sense that this company is honest, and stands behind quality work and supplies.

I had a leak from the water main in the basement, noticed at 830pm, contacted Thunderbird, and Shaun and one of his colleagues showed up fast and contained the leak within an hour. In addition, I asked for an expedited repair because I had guests coming and no water, Shaun rearranged his next day schedule and had his team come to my house and fix. I'd highly recommended Thunderbird and Shaun if you have a plumbing issue.

He made what could have been a challenging episode (the water heater had started to leak unbeknownst to us) into an easy and no-fuss solution. His instalation of the toilet seemed effortless, as was his quick access to the two products the same day. We were impressed!
