  Dylan came by to disconnect and remove our fully functioning sink and bathroom vanity, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. He worked quickly, efficiently, and did a great job. What stood out to me most was the communication and reliability. I called last week, we were able to schedule the job for Monday right away, and Dylan arrived exactly within the 8-12 window they gave me. Everything was straightforward from start to finish - they showed up when they said they would, got the job done quickly, and that was it. No chasing anyone down or waiting around wondering when someone would show up, which I really appreciated. Great service and a very smooth experience. Thank you!

  Thunderbird to the rescue! On a Friday afternoon around 2:30 our 60 gallon water heater decides to die. Given the day and time I thought that we were going to have to live without hot water all weekend. I called Thunderbird and was delighted to have a human being answer the phone instead of the annoying robots or having to leave a message and wait for a long time to get a response. I explained my situation, and even though I had never used Thunderbird before, I was informed that a technician would be able to stop by today – wow. About 15 minutes later Zach gave me a call and had me give him information about our dead water heater, and asked that I text him some pictures of the room and water heater, he was also very helpful about what my options were. Pics sent, and then about 40 minutes later Zach arrived with a new water heater and began work. By around 6:00 PM all was completed, he kept the area clean, made sure not to scratch our hard wood floors, and was patient in answering any questions my wife and I asked of him. Overall I am happy to say that Thunderbird is now our top choice for plumbing, Zach and the Thunderbird staff were all professional, polite, and informative.   Can't say enough about this company. They took a stressful situation and managed it remarkably. We had a complete sewer replacement and the service we received was above and beyond. Toby was absolutely amazing (as was Albert) . The whole crew were very professional and the job was very well done. Their price was very reasonable and the quality was top notch. Highly recommend Thunderbird!

  Home Poly B piping replacement project. As daunting as it sounds, TB Plumbing made the transition to PEX an easy one. Our outstanding project leader (Ian B.) was supported by a team of top tier professionals. These included the administrative staff at the TB office, upper level management (kudos to Cole), and the Journeymen Plumbers deployed on site. All were courteous, competent and knowledgable. Their communication was clear, consistent, and comprehensive. The quality of their work was exemplary. Requests for additional services were received with an uncommon generosity of spirit and good humour. Ancillary trades were aligned as necessary to facilitate the timely completion of all work. We are grateful to Thunderbird Plumbing, and would use them again without hesitation. Recommended without reservation.

  Thunderbird Plumbing was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! We had a complete Poly-B plumbing replacement done throughout our entire home, along with a few additional plumbing upgrades, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ian and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything, kept us informed throughout the entire project, and their attention to detail was outstanding. I’m extremely picky when it comes to workmanship, and they absolutely nailed it. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Everything was completed with care, the job site was kept clean, and the finished product speaks for itself. We honestly found ourselves just standing back and taking it all in because of how great everything looked when they were finished. If you’re looking for a plumbing company you can trust, I can’t recommend Thunderbird Plumbing enough. Ian and his team made what could have been a stressful project feel easy and seamless.
