  Thunderbird came and replaced the poly-b in my 3 unit house in Feb 2026, including the waterline through the front yard. It was a big job with a few surprises along the way. The many onsite plumbers (Nolan, Derek, Brodie, etc.) were informative, professional and accommodating and the client managers were fantastic (Cole and Shaun). The job ended up being completed on schedule and on estimate. The work was all double checked, leading to a few small adjustments after the job was done and a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be going with Thunderbird for all future plumbing needs and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others.

  Justin from Thunderbird Plumbing was fantastic to work with. He was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly before starting the job. The work was done efficiently and the quality was excellent. He left the area clean and made the whole experience stress free. Highly recommend Justin and Thunderbird Plumbing for anyone needing reliable plumbing service in the Parksville area!!

  I couldn't be more pleased with the 3 jobs done by Toby. The high reputation of Thunderbird Plumbing was evident starting with the friendly and competent receptionist, quick scheduling, and then Toby's clearly evident professionalism, efficiency and the sound advice he gave me. 5 stars with no hesitation.

  We had the absolute BEST experience with Quincy on Monday — I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. From the moment Quincy arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out though was how far above and beyond he went. This was not just a quick fix — Quincy took the time to thoroughly assess our leaking pipe, explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and make sure everything was repaired properly and safely. He didn’t rush the job, he didn’t cut corners, and he made sure we felt completely taken care of before he left. And I have to highlight how incredibly clean he was — when Quincy finished, there was absolutely zero mess left behind. You wouldn’t have even known any work had been done, everything was spotless. On top of that, he was just an absolute pleasure to have in our home — respectful, kind, and genuinely committed to doing excellent work. It’s rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in what they do, and Quincy truly does. If you’re lucky enough to have Quincy assigned to your job, you’re in the best hands possible.   I had my downstairs kitchen sink and bathroom tub backing up with water and gunk. I noticed it when I got home from work so I would be calling someone the next morning. I randomly got sent Thunderbird Plumbing by a friend who read there good reviews never used them before. I called around 830am next morning they asked what my issue was i explained and said they would have a technician out there between 12-2 that day. Quincy showed up at my house right on schedule we both did a walk around looking for the best way to tackle the problem. They had a viewing snake camera and saw the blockage in my pipes cleared it so everything was flowing. But by further review Quincy showed me how clogged the inner walls were in my pipes were which would just continue (w a camera ipad viewing). Im like can we clean it he explained everything im like let's do it he spent over an 1hr pressure washing with there 3 head pronged washer head cleaning all the pipe 25ft long by the way. My anxiety immediately faded. I really like there professionalism and immediate response to a problem thanks again to Quincy and Thunderbird Plumbing!
