Fixed everything really quick, checked the panel and wiring for safety and for potential future issues. Gave me a very reasonable rate on the service and any parts needed for our electrical issues. The staff on the phone was also super kind and helpful and were a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommend their service and technicians.

When relaying our issues to them, all we received was defensiveness and attitude. Not the way to treat people who bought a $22,000 heat pump system from them. My advice is shop around and find a better company to deal with.
