  The representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us advice regarding the moisture in our basement and did not recommend expensive fixes. He gave us practical advice free of charge for what we could try, even though it did not involve Island Basement services. I am a civil engineer and I could tell that he had in-depth technical knowledge on waterproofing and building envelopes.

  Excellent communication and service. The quote was accurate, and the job was done on time and to a very high standard. Chris visited my home and laid out the scope of the job in advance which was appreciated. My crawl space is greatly improved and looks excellent. Highly recommend.

  We had the opportunity of working with this company twice recently. Our basement has always had a water seepage problem in the 12 years we have lived here. The fellows who did the work were extremely pleasant and courteous to deal with. The salesmen and the business owner were available for my questions, and the work was bang-on to the estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to all. Thank you for the great experience and now....the dry crawlspace. :o) TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!
