We had hired two different companies with no positive result, decided to try one more company. Contacted VanCity Electric after studying their reviews, lucky for us! The response was terrific, the technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. It was immediately evident that he was an expert in his field. With significant detail, he discovered the problem, analyzed the wiring, electrical set up and remedied all of it. Again, two previous electricians failed to discover this. The billing was fair and reasonable, included photos of the work and materials completed. Everyone you speak to is very friendly with a helpful attitude! VanCity Electrical is a ‘gem’ of a company in every way! Almost impossible to find nowadays. We did not have a long wait time, however, if you have to wait abit for an appointment-it is absolutely worth it!
