I had a great experience with, Raj he installed a vent for me. he is very friendly , knowledgeable, punctual, good prices. He was also very respectful and was cleaning up all the materials that he used, for the installation. He instited in cleaning up behind my sofas, the dust and debris but, I told him I will do it myself. Definately will call him for any plumbing etc.

We have used Ideal a few times and am very impressed with service and professionalism. Raj has provided urgent assistance with our boiler and hot water tank system on time and efficiently, along with providing a thorough explanation of the issue at hand, plan to address, and other issues that might help over the long run to avoid future issues. Definitely knows what he is doing in my encounters with him.Highly recommend using him when issues arise.

Raj is very efficient and knowledgeable about all the concerns we have about our heating system and AC . We have him service them both regularly. Past 2 years he has been with us since we bought our new home. We will continue to use his services as our regular plumbing/heating/AC professional. He so prompt for timing as well. Thank you .

Raj is prompt and fairly priced, and does solid work and advises homeowner on services as well as preventive maintenance and adjustment to keep systems running longer and more efficiently. We have an NTI boiler and he was great at servicing and troubleshooting where as others do not have the depth or knowledge to work on these. He corrected multiple issues that the installers had done and made our system super Reliable versus us dreading any issues that would arise all due to the previous service companies not caring and performing bandaid fixes so they could keep their repeated service calls high.
