  Tesh from Exclusive Floors promptly responded to my call regarding an inspection of my hardwood floors. Michael came out and conducted a thorough inspection. Both Tesh and Michael went out of their way to assess the condition of my floors and provide valuable information, which has been extremely helpful in making an informed decision. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Tesh, Michael, and the team at Exclusive Floors for their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help, even when there was no business opportunity involved. Their honesty and customer-focused approach are truly commendable. Kudos to the team!

  We used exclusive floors for all our flooring on our new build. Rowennna was fantastic in both design and delivery. Finn is one of the best installers I have had the pleasure of working with. If you want a perfect install ask for Finn.

  We had an excellent experience working with Tesh Arora at the Surrey location for our flooring purchase. From start to finish, he provided exceptional customer service, was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the selection process with patience and professionalism. The quality of the flooring materials was excellent, and Tesh made sure we found the right product for our home. What impressed us most was his willingness to help when we found ourselves needing a floor installation arranged at the last minute. Tesh stepped in, helped coordinate a solution, and went above and beyond to ensure everything came together smoothly. Throughout the process, he was responsive, reliable, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a positive experience. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to helping his customers and finding solutions when unexpected issues arise.   Tesh Arora was absolutely incredible to work with! We had an extremely tight timeline, and he went above and beyond to help us choose, purchase, and deliver our tiles on schedule.   I am super impressed with every point of contact with Exclusive Floors, Tesh, and the entire team. We are a very small job in the big picture, but have been treated as though this is the only job they have. I cannot say enough for every tough point we have had with Tesh and his team.
