  The order was correct and arrived on time. However the install was not performed correctly and the carpet has started fraying at the seams, there are visible staple indentations and the company has not responded to my concerns.

  Could not ask for a better flooring experience! Super satisfied with how everything turned out. Huge shoutout to Parm, who was so attentive and helpful from start to finish. Great competitive pricing paired with fantastic quality. Their carpet is unbelievably comfortable — super dense and soft underfoot. 10/10, highly recommend!

  Really loved working with them!! They gave me a very competitive quote on an Anderson tuftex product- their install fees are good, but they even got me a lower price per sqf on the rug itself than other competitors. Very responsive over text, very patient with my strata's over the top demands for documents, and super flexible with install dates. Also the rug is stunning and like walking on a cloud- happy they were able to source a unique product for me!

  I contacted this company and Parm Dhaliwal ( the owner ) provided me with all the services. He organized the entire work perfectly! The work was done quickly and efficiently. The team of two men replaced the carpet in two bedrooms in one day! I am very happy with the price and the new flooring! It looks luxurious like an expensive 5 stars hotel !👍 I highly recommend this company!
