  We had such a positive experience working with Manpreet and his team for the flooring in our new condo. From the very beginning, he was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process feel really straightforward. One of the things we appreciated most was how helpful he was when we were choosing the flooring. There were so many different options and brands to look at, and he took the time to explain the differences and help us choose something that would work well in our home and still give us the look we wanted. The installation itself went incredibly smoothly. His team was professional, respectful of our space and belongings, and the quality of the work was excellent. They were also very accommodating with our building’s installation hours and took care of removing and disposing of the old flooring, which saved us a lot of extra work. We absolutely love how the new floors turned out and they completely changed the look of our condo. We’re very happy we chose Manpreet and would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking to have flooring done.

  We had a great experience working with Manpreet and his team on the flooring for our new condo. From the beginning, Manpreet was reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He helped us understand our different flooring options and even guided us while we picked out the exact flooring we wanted. The installation team did an excellent job. They were professional, careful with our belongings, worked around the schedule we had available, and left everything looking great. They also handled removing and disposing of all the old flooring, which made the whole process much easier for us. We’re really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely use Manpreet again. Highly recommend!

  Pam was referred to me by a friend, the moment I called him he was ready to come and discuss about changing carpets of all our floors. He was highly professional, well mannered and gave us the reasonable quotation and time frame. After our confirmation in few days time, his workers within two days they changed and stalled a new carpet. We are thankful to Pam and his team for excellent work.   Zero and partial customer service. When I entered the owner was attending a client. After waiting for few minutes than he had the courtesy to say please wait 2 minutes. I said no problem. I waited 10-15 (or I believe more) minutes patiently as he was just by himself, it was understandable. I was happy to see how he takes his time to attend his client nicely. He was not even answering his calls. I felt good customer service. But right when it was my turn, the experience was unpleasant. It was hardly 2-3 minutes he answered his call, I knew he was expecting a call, so i thought its ok, no problem. But then again when he was dealing with my queries there entered another client (Caucasian) speaking right as she entered without manners, even besides seeing that i am already talking to him. And he too right in middle of my conversation leaving my sentence unfinished he just walked away to show her what she was asking for. I was expecting that he would ask her to wait for 2 minutes as he had asked me to. That is how you guys attend your clients based on small or big job? It was my just beginning, i was looking for the whole top floor carpet change. I had already waited enough for my turn in the beginning with patience, but not anymore after seeing how he was making me wait again i left. He failed to show the same customer service by asking her to wait. Or asking me to stop and not let me leave the store unhappy. So not giving my business to this mannerless, poor customer service store.
