- CSChristopher Roland Somerville4 days ago5.0We had dirty water accumulating into our basement bathtub and could not figure out what was causing it. We had to set up a pump and 100 feet of hose to get the water out of our tub and into the street at a rate that was high enough to deal with the flow. Josh came on short notice and immediately checked a manhole in the street outsie our ouse and could see that it was plugged up and correctly conluded it was flowing from the street into our house. He gave us a city hal number to call and in 5 minutes we had a team on our street fixing it. Who knew that such things were possible? Anyway - kudos to Josh for his knowledge and skill.

Jade in the office was incredibly accommodating, prompt, and efficient when scheduling my appointment, and made the whole process so easy. It’s not always easy to find tradespeople you can trust, and I was so impressed with the professionalism and care I experienced.
