Josh was on time, patient with my many questions, affable and knowledgeable. He provided three replacement options and walked me through the tank draining steps. I worked in water utilities operations for 14 years but had never considered what the inside of a well used residential hot water tank might hold. Yar! I will never let one go that long without maintenance again!
