  I just had a ducted heat pump installed and I’m so pleased! From Lucas who first came to do estimate (very knowledgable and personable), Kimberly (Dispatch and Install coordinator (very helpful and accommodating when it came to jumping through strata hoops), Nav who did the install (very professional, efficient and patient answering all my questions, and finished ahead of estimated time), Aaron ( electrician also so personable and eager to explain everything), Kasha and Brock assisting with install), to the actual heat pump installed (so much quieter than I had expected!!) I give them a huge Thankyou! 2 thumbs up 👍👍, and would definitely refer them to anyone looking to have a heat pump installed!

  Casha provided a concise assessment of our facility’s needs. Her friendly and professional demeanor was an extension of the courteous & efficient appointment scheduling. I really appreciated the ETA text which even included tracking. She was a good sport about tackling numerous sets of stairs, with ladder in hand, and took the awkward roof access in stride. Before she left, I was provided with a thorough quote which outlined several options. Today’s appointment displayed the hallmarks of a well run company. Looking forward to working with Sasquatch for routine maintenance

  Michael was here on time, very friendly and courteous. Did a great job replacing my smoke alarm, provided all the information I needed about the job. Answered my 639812 questions. Amazing job.

  We had our first inspection of the heat pump in our recently purchased home by Sasquatch Technician “Casha”. Casha is super competent, kind, and fast! She found the small issue our system was exhibiting quickly, repaired it, inspected the entire system, found a secondary maintenance issue (which indicated the previous owners did not do regular maintenance) which required servicing, quoted and scheduled that service - and left us feeling we were fortunate to meet her! The dispatch/office staff are super nice and efficient as well. We are so pleased we are setting up another family member to sign up for the Sasquatch annual service plan (a great deal!). Thank you Sasquatch! Kevin and Cindy
