  I recently learned that Sasquatch Heat Pumps does electrical work and booked them because they partner with Under the Seat Plumbing here in Sooke that does excellent work. Same experience - the appointment was booked within a couple of days and Aaron Scott did a great job repairing our bathroom light. He then went the extra mile advising on another issue that we need fixed.

  Michael arrived on time, was pleasant and very professional. He provided a quote with a detailed explanation of the job. Michael completed the job efficiently, quickly and cleaned his work area spotlessly. I highly recommend Michael from Sasquatch Electrical.

  The thing with Sasquatch Is that no matter what service you require, you will receive the an excellent technician. For this job, my electrician was Aaron. Aaron came to price and install a ceiling fan-light. Due to the requirement for scaffolding, Aaron could not perform the job immediately but returned a couple hours later with Tom to complete it. The afternoon was spent with humour, entertainment, and most assured, extremely professional, high quality work. Their genuine enthusiasm about their job and the customers they help is transparently evident in how Sasquatch employees transact with each person. My five-year-old granddaughter-made-temporary-supervisor had a spectacular afternoon singing for them and I had a spectacular afternoon as a spectator. Sasquatch technicians are always fully trained and reliably able to complete the jobs I have requested. I do not even bother to look elsewhere any longer because I have already dealt with less than stellar companies with less than stellar services. Once finding Sasquatch, realizing their consistent quality, professionalism, and knowledge in their fields, there has never been a need to look anywhere else again. Sasquatch is the go-to company for me. They have never let me down. Have you ever felt like a customer getting duped again? Like that spark of hope for good service got flushed right down the drain?   Just had Theo from Sasquatch come in and do a minor repair on our heat pump. The service was top notch from the first phone call through to the final invoice. Theo was on time, did a thorough assessment, and then explained the options in detail. He then went ahead and fixed the issue as part of the first visit. Very impressed.
