  Brock was our technician for our plumbing problem. Wade plumbing returned my call first thing the next morning and Brock was on the job site right away. He explained the job to us and was professional in explaining what had to be done. He left the job site clean and followed all safety precautions. We have found Wade Plumbing and all their employees from booking agents to all site on staff to be very professional. Brock is a professional and team player. He has our full recommendation.   Sheldon was very polite and considerate. He explained the situations with regard to our toilet, kitchen tap,and our hot water tank. His work on the toilet was thorough and his explanation of how to remedy the problem should it occur again was clear and simple.. great work Sheldon!

  When our sump pump repeatedly blew its controller fuses, Curtis from Wade Roberts Plumbing saved the day. He arrived on time, worked with great dedication, and identified that the pump needed to be replaced. He returned the next day to clean the pit, install the new pump, test it, and clearly explain its operation and maintenance. Curtis provided exceptional service—we highly recommend him and Wade Roberts Plumbing!

  I've had a totally wonderful experience with Wade Roberts Plumbing. I needed a plumber pretty badly, and the one I usually use didn't pick up the phone, so I called WRP (on the basis of their Google reviews) and a plumber arrived about an hour later. Lucky for me, it was Vincent. He was simply outstanding! Full of information, intelligent, polite, quick and efficient, careful, eagle-eyed observant--way beyond what you expect from your average plumber. He told me all sorts of things I needed to know about my new home, and didn't hesitate to spend time talking with me, even after I'd paid him for the job. Everything about this company seems great to me: from the pleasant receptionist to the owner, who, Vincent tells me, is as honest and diligent and anxious to provide top-notch, conscientious service as Vincent himself was. I've engaged about three other plumbing companies over the course of my 35 years in Victoria, and they were all very good, but Wade Roberts has been the best yet. I'm going to rely on them exclusively in the future, and we'll see if my expectations continue to be exceeded as they have been so far.

  Brock and Saire (trainee) were great. Booties on when in the house. Brock gave me an estimate which had the worst case scenario (toilet removal and reinstall) as separate line items. Luckily he was able to effect the repairs without removal. Repairs were completed, Brock demonstrated that everything was functioning correctly and stated the 1 year warranty. They cleaned up everything before leaving. An excellent experience. *FOLLOW UP. One of our toilets was making noise and had a slight leak. I called WRP and set up and appt for the next day. An hour later I got a call that a plumber had free time this afternoon. Scott delivered the same high quality service I had experienced from Brock. He identified the problem with the supply valve and replaced it. He also swapped out the flapper for a different one which addressed the leak issue. He also checked the water pressure in the house and determined it was within specs. Great service from a great company.
