  Avoid this company. They hit my truck while it was parked, based off these other reviews they clearly have a problem when it comes to driving.

  Wonderful human beings! Custom Air are so committed to trades and apprenticeships in BC, they donated some equipment to my school shop program, they even arranged delivery.

  I want to report extremely reckless and unprofessional driving by one of your company van drivers on Highway 10 traveling from Surrey toward Langley. On Friday, March 6, between approximately 6:35–6:50 AM, your driver was driving very aggressively, constantly changing lanes, tailgating vehicles, and repeatedly flashing high-beam lights at drivers. The driver even kept the high beams on while driving behind vehicles, which is both dangerous and completely unacceptable. After I used my indicator and safely merged in front of the van, the driver appeared to get angry and started driving even more aggressively. This kind of behavior from someone operating a company-branded vehicle is shocking and reflects very poorly on your business. I had my child in the car, and this reckless driving created a very unsafe and frightening situation for us and for everyone else on the road. If this is how your employees behave while representing your company, it seriously damages your reputation. Drivers operating company vehicles should be held to a much higher standard of safety and professionalism. I strongly suggest the company address this driver’s behavior immediately before someone gets seriously hurt. I will be reporting this incident

  Extremely poor communication by both the staff who came to do the work and the booking staff. This resulted in confusion about the work that was/wasn’t completed, since part of the job wasn’t done. We won’t hire them again.
