  From the on-site visit to provide a quote to the final installation, the entire experience was outstanding. The technician arrived on time, took the time to assess my home, explained my options clearly, and provided an honest, no-pressure quote. I appreciated how knowledgeable and how easily accessible for questions he was as I made my decision. Installation day went just as smoothly. The crew was punctual, efficient, and took my input seriously. They completed the installation neatly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. My new system runs quietly and keeps the house perfectly comfortable. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional, reliable HVAC team. Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, and a seamless experience.

  For over 10 years, Custom Air has provided exceptional service for Shannon Oaks and Clarendon Court. Whether it's maintaining our HVAC equipment, or responding to a plumbing emergency, the team is quick to respond and communicates clearly and professionally. I've met numerous technicians over the years, and each one has been very courteous and hard-working. They are always willing to work with us to schedule repairs to minimize disruptions to our residents and staff.

  Try any other company you can before trying custom air as their billing practices are very unethical. The work they did was fine but AFTER I paid the amount that was quoted to me they then sent ANOTHER bill for the original estimate for $390!!! They never warned me about having to pay for a quote and I’ve never heard of a company charging their for a quote. ALSO, for a different job they quoted me for I found another company to do the same work for half the price. So very very expensive company to use and unethical billing practices. I recommend trying any other company first and getting other quotes before using Custom Air. (Also they charged me $690 to do a simple pressure test and turn off our hot water).
